I absolutely love this view, and it is easily one of my favorite spots in the city! You get a perfect look at Mount Iwaki, locally called the “Tsugaru Fuji,” right from the historic grounds of Hirosaki Park.
Super Easy to Visit
The best part? This overlook is right beside the main castle citadel, making it incredibly easy to get to while you are exploring the park. You don’t have to hike a massive trail to see this; you just walk up, step to the railing, and take it all in.
